Product received in good time and good condition. Very happy with the purchase.

One criticism, the watch strap needed one or two links removing. I requested instructions on how to do this and was advised to take it to a jeweller. The alteration seems to be a simple thing which I could easily have done if the instructions were included. Not sure it is right that I should order something online and then have to take it to a jeweller at extra time and cost to get it fitted.

Other than that, very happy with the product and I would buy again from you if the need arose.

The cross is very good value. The quality is high, with clearly defined celtic patterning and well finished on the plain reverse. The packaging and presentation case arrived without damage and promptly. I would reccommend your products to all looking for celtic jewellary and will be ‘browsing the site regularly myself.

Was it good quality? So far it appears to be.

What was your opinion of the packaging and speed of delivery? The delivery was very quick , no issues. I was a little disappointed with the interior of the box, the pillow that the watch is on is not very good quality and does not display the watch very well in the box, I feel this could be presented in a much better way.

All products bought from your firm have been of top quality and reasonably priced. Also, with one exception the service has been outstanding.
The exception regards making contact with your firm. I have tried on at least 3 occasions to ask about international delivery through your system without a single acknowledgement. It is extremely frustrating and again I don’t expect a response.

After looking around in my home town for a celtic watch for my partner’s birthday, I was quite discouraged. Nowhere here could I find what I was looking for. I decided to check the web and came across your website. I quickly found what I was looking for after browsing around your site. I, of course , was a little leery of buying an expencive watch from oversees and having it shipped to me.Since I could not find anything here, I decided to cross my fingers and hope for the best. I made my purchase though your easy to navigate website . My watch came in 2 weeks to the day! I thought that was quite speedy ,coming from so far away,after all,l I did choose the slowest shipping method. I was very impressed with the watch. It felt heavy and not “junky or cheap”. I could see that it was good quality. It looked just like the video on your website that I had seen. I feel that it was good value for the money spent. My partner loved the watch, and now has something special from me that she can’t get anywhere around here. …a one of a kind I did contact your company though email to confirm the day shipped, and had an answer right away as to when the watch was in the mail. I was quite impressed . Overall, I feel that this store offers quality jewlery at an affordable price, fast service, and you “get what you see ” on their website. It was a good experience, I would order from here again .
